Reminders

Set a personal reminder and Functious will ping you in the channel or via DM when the time comes.

Setting a reminder

Provide a time and then your reminder message. Natural language and short formats both work:

Natural language

f!remind in 2 hours Take a break
f!remind tomorrow at 9am Team meeting
f!remind next Monday at 5pm Submit report

f!remind 2d Renew subscription

DM reminders

Add dm as the first argument to receive the reminder as a DM instead of in the channel. The command message is deleted and a confirmation DM is sent immediately:

DM reminders require that you have DMs from community members enabled in your Fluxer privacy settings.

Viewing your reminders

You can have up to 10 active reminders at a time.

Deleting a reminder

Use the index number shown in f!remind list:

Limits

Minimum time: 1 minute in the future.
Maximum time: 2 years.
Maximum message length: 500 characters.
Maximum active reminders per user: 10.
